How It Works
From land to keys, in four disciplined stages.
-
01
Land
We evaluate submarkets and lots against real comp data, so you're building where finished homes actually sell.
-
02
Design & Permitting
Architectural plans, engineering, and municipal approvals, guided by existing relationships across the region's permitting offices.
-
03
Construction
Foundation through finishes, with stage-by-stage cost tracking so there are no surprises at the end.
-
04
Close
You walk into a home built to plan, on budget, and ready for the way you actually live.
Design Direction
Architecture we build toward.
Transitional
Clean lines balanced with warm, livable details. A blend of classic proportions and contemporary finishes.
European Contemporary
Stucco, stone accents, and sculptural rooflines, refined and understated rather than ornate.
Modern Coastal
Light-filled, natural materials, and indoor-outdoor flow suited to the Carolinas' lake and metro settings.
Common Questions
What to expect, before you start.
Do I need to already own land?
No. Many clients come to us before they've found a lot. Land evaluation against real comp data is the first stage of our process, not a prerequisite for starting a conversation.
How long does a custom build typically take?
Land to close generally runs several months to about a year, depending on permitting timelines, site conditions, and the scope of the home. We'll give you a realistic estimate specific to your project once we understand it.
What if I'm a real estate company, not a homeowner?
We work with both. If you're a real estate company or developer looking for a contractor to build homes for you, the process starts the same way, a conversation about scope, timeline, and target areas.
How involved will I be during construction?
As involved as you want to be. Weekly cost-to-complete tracking means you always know where the project stands, whether you check in daily or prefer periodic updates.
